Motivation

“

For me, the LLC formation process, I believe, went just like for anyone else. The whole process took me about 2.5 months. That time period included getting all the necessary licenses, buying insurance, and figuring out what “Articles of Organization” really meant.

And Lord knows I did my best to understand everything. However, it was all messy and even awkward at times…

Now that I’m in 2021, looking back, I understand that I’m already in this business for 6+ years. I have already sold a few businesses and established even more. Luckily for me, I have built strong relationships with the right analysts, accountants, and attorneys. So nothing seems impossible to me now. Thus, I have decided that my next project should be related to helping novice entrepreneurs launch their first LLC.
